Cruise

• Cabin Hold – Cabins selected on the Cabin Select page are held for 15 minutes and will appear unavailable to other customers. If booking is not completed, the cabin is automatically released after 15 minutes.
• Applies to Agent and Consumer for: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Holland America, Seabourn, Cunard
• Not currently available for Carnival Cruise.
• Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises will be supported once migrated to Direct Connect. (edited)

• MCV is a live & bookable supplier for consumer & agent within Guided Tours

Hotel

• Improvements:
  • The Sabre adapter now supports targeted filtering for a wider variety of rate types, including Military, Corporate, Government, Costco, and American Express.
  • Added a new informational modal for all-inclusive pricing to help customers understand what’s included.
  • Improved site stability and performance through internal upgrades.
  • Implemented stricter validation within the Sabre adapter to identify and filter out invalid rates containing conflicting payment types and descriptions, ensuring a smoother and more reliable booking experience.
  • Resolved a performance bottleneck by optimizing a system query to prevent full scans of the CITIES table, resulting in improved system efficiency and faster response times.
• Bugs fixed:
  • Resolved a UI issue where hotel pricing would disappear when changing traveler ages and clicking Apply.

Platform

• Date of Birth removed from Consumer view confirmation pages and emails
• New Agent Nav Bar is Live in production
  • Upgraded left and top navigation styles
  • New Trip Context switch allows you to quickly start a new trip, access your trip details and go to checkout from any screen
  • You can also quicky switch context from your trip or booking details page.

Preview

• There are vendor name changes available in manual bookings for preview
