Cruise

  • River Cruise Cabin Categories
    • Enhancement: River Cruises cabin categories will now display as the following on the Cruise Details page and the Cabin Select page: Interior, French Balcony, Balcony, and Suite.
  • Bug Fix: Viking cabin categories were not displaying under the correct category type. This has been resolved.

Hotel

Search Results Page

  • On mobile, the filter and sort options have been redesigned as compact, scrollable pill-shaped buttons with a new sticky navigation header. This makes it easier to browse and refine results without losing your place. (A/B test)
  • Search results now load faster. Tooltips initialize on demand, and infinite scroll has been replaced with a cleaner “Show more results” button.
  • On mobile, the AAA membership validation form has moved from the top of the results page into a compact “Unlock AAA Savings” card placed between hotel listings. Tapping it opens a bottom-sheet modal for quick entry. (A/B test)
  • Visual improvements to the AAA unlock modal, including a larger centered title, format hints in input fields, and numeric keyboards for mobile number fields.
  • Fixed an issue where the close button on compliance modals was cut off on some mobile screens.
  • The price filter has been renamed to “Nightly Rate” to clarify that it controls per-night pricing.
  • Fixed the Agent Eye toggle for travel agents that stopped working after a recent navigation bar update. (Agents only)
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing same-day searches after 4 PM Pacific.
  • Improved Sabre cancellation policy text
  • FTC modal on results page - launched for all clubs
  • Changed “Price” filter label to “Nightly Price” for clarity to users

Details Page

  • A new A/B test simplifies the room rate display by removing duplicate rates from different suppliers, making it easier to compare options. (A/B test)
  • Fixed an issue where agent filtering hotel results by a specific vendor and then clicking a hotel would show rates from all vendors instead of only the selected vendor.

Platform

Preview

Rich text editing for agent remarks. Agents can now format their remarks with rich text — bold, italics, lists, and more — at any level of a trip (day, trip item, or the full trip). Remarks also now have a dedicated title field, making it easier to organize and scan notes.

Trip CRM attribution. CRM data passed in from club systems (leads, marketing fields, agent identifiers) now persists from prospect through trip creation and all the way to the back office on booking. This closes a gap where CRM echo data was being lost when prospects became trips.
