Activity

Air

  • Sabre: Fixed an issue where tickets where requested to be cancel or voided in TST, TST marked our booking as cancelled however the PNR was not a cancelled in Sabre.
  • Sabre Segment Builder (Preview): Fix for fare rules display during leg selection.
  • Sabre: Broad fixes for pricing issues going to back-office. using flightTotals for accurate per ticket pricing totals.
  • Sabre: Fix for commissions from the Commission configuration table not being added to a matched booking.
  • Sabre: Air tax/fee breakdow information incorrect after a refresh. (Note, this fix is for new bookings only. Prior booking repairs are still in-progress).
  • NOTE (On refresh the full display name of each tax and fee line item can change to a 2 character code. This may cause back-office issues when mapping tax line items. A fix for this is in-progress and scheduled for next release)
  • Flight UX fix to prevent same airport for departure and return for one-way and round-trip searches. These would have caused no result found errors otherwise.

Improvements: 3 new features will be released soon after rc224 is deployed via feature toggles.

  • New Issue Tickets page. The issue ticket page has been rebuilt with our modern framework. This prepares us for further feature improvements on this page.
  • New Seat Selection UX on checkout. The new seat selection improves the UX and design while keeping the user on the checkout page. This fixes a few stateful issues and CRM issues we’ve had on checkout when users are redirected away from checkout in order to complete seat selection.
  • New Ticketing Modifiers UX at checkout. This brings several improvements to adding ticketing modifiers like commission, tour codes, and ticketing designators. This allows per booking ticketing modifiers (on carts with multiple flights), fixed several bugs arounds amounts not appearing correctly, and the UX will also pull the expected matched data from the Commission tables. This allows agents to see what ticketing modifiers are configured for this flight and override them if needed.
