Air

This release is primarily focused on reliability and workflow stability. For Air, the biggest impact is stronger payment handling, continued Segment Builder improvements, and fewer avoidable failures in booking and refresh flows. For Car, the release improves booking accuracy and gives agents better visibility into reservation changes.

New Features

• Traffic restriction filter
  Agents can now filter air search results by traffic restriction, giving them more control over which itineraries appear in availability results.

Enhancements

• Improved payment handling reliability
  Several updates in this release strengthen how payment details are handled during booking. These changes reduce edge cases that could previously cause unintended booking updates or inconsistencies in payment records.
• Segment Builder now respects airline exclusions
  Segment Builder will now better align with search criteria by excluding carriers that were intentionally filtered out.
• Smarter default fare selection in Segment Builder
  When multiple fares are equally eligible, the system now does a better job selecting the most appropriate default option.
• Refresh is now more resilient
  Booking refresh will no longer stop on non-critical warnings, which should reduce avoidable refresh failures and improve overall workflow stability.
• More flexible handling of partner responses
  The platform is now more tolerant of unexpected fields returned by partner APIs, helping prevent avoidable integration issues.

Bug Fixes

• Clearer handling when pricing fails after PNR creation
  If a PNR is successfully created but pricing fails afterward, the system now handles the scenario more cleanly instead of leaving the booking in an inconsistent state.
• Improved airline date handling
  For airline responses that do not include a year, the system now fills in the missing year so downstream processing works correctly.
• Legitimate PNR imports no longer blocked by totals check
  A validation step that was preventing some valid imports from completing has been removed.
• Fix for same-day multi-city fare mapping
  Resolved an edge case where fares could be mapped incorrectly when multiple legs occurred on the same day.
• Extra airports now filtered from availability results
  Availability searches will no longer surface airports outside the requested set.
• Improved control of Segment Builder activation
  Additional safeguards now ensure Segment Builder only activates in the intended environments.
• Trip changes now flow through correctly downstream
  Resolved an issue where trip-change events were not being applied properly in a downstream client.

Car

New Features

• Car rate code now included in booking requests
  Booking requests now pass the car rate code through to the supplier, improving support for supplier-specific pricing and inventory handling.

Enhancements

• Modify and cancellation messages now appear in Car notes
  Agents now have better visibility into reservation activity with modify and cancellation messages included directly in Car notes.
• Clearer confirmation warning message
  Updated wording makes the confirmation warning easier for agents to understand and act on.

Bug Fixes

• Car type preserved during Sabre modify flows
  Modify requests will no longer unintentionally change the originally booked vehicle type.
• Improved handling of accented characters in guest names
  Guest names are now normalized before being sent to Sabre, helping prevent avoidable booking rejections.

Cruise

New Features

• Accessibility Filter for Cabins Agents can now filter for handicap accessible cabins directly on the Cabin Selection page, making it faster to find the right accommodations for guests with accessibility needs. (Agent only)
• Refundable Rates Filter On the Cabin Selection page, agents can now filter cabins to display only refundable rate options, decreasing the possibility of accidentlly selecting non-refundable rates. (Agent only)
• Guaranteed Cabins Filter Agents can now filter for guaranteed cabins on the Cabin Selection page, streamlining the booking process for customers who have a cabin type preference but do not require a specific cabin assignment. (Agent only)

Guided Tour

Bug Fixes

• We looked into the reported inconsistent pricing between MCV tours on TST and on MCV directly. We found that MCV are not showing taxes and fees earlier in the funnel, and TST is. The solution was not matching the prices, and preferring our approach to transparent pricing.

Hotel

New Features

• No major updates – team continues to focus on building true multi-room booking capabilities.

Bug Fixes

• We restored the Hotel ID to the data layer on Hotel Details page, so there is a (“HOT-xxxx”) ID showing. *Addressed issue where ATI was not displaying as a “Vendor” option on the Hotel Hybrid Search Results Page and on the New Details Page.

Platform
