This release strengthens Air reliability across booking refresh, ticketing prices, cancellations, and financial reporting.

Enhancements

• Passenger names now appear on seat assignments
  • Seat assignments are now matched to the correct traveler.
  • Agents can more easily see who is sitting where when reviewing a booking.

Bug Fixes

• Booking refresh loop resolved
  • Fixed an issue where some bookings could get stuck in a repeated refresh loop.
  • This also reduces the risk of uncontrolled emails being triggered by repeated refresh behavior.
• Cancellations now continue when void is unavailable
  • Enhanced Cancel now continues even if a Sabre void fails after the void window has passed.
  • This reduces stuck cancellation scenarios.
• Ticket totals now better reflect the amount paid
  • Fixed an issue where a fare change between final price check and ticketing could cause the saved booking total to differ from the customer payment.
• Financial reporting is more resilient
  • Fixed a reporting failure caused by a currency mismatch on a small number of bookings.
  • Internal financial reports should now be less likely to fail on these edge cases.
• NDC bookings handle missing ticket payment details more safely
  • NDC bookings with missing recorded ticket payment information are now handled more gracefully.

What’s Next

The biggest in-progress Air improvement is adding a return search call to retrieve more availability options for round-trip itineraries.

This release improves Car search reliability and advances mobile conversion and search results experiments.

Enhancements

• Sabre car locations now use an internal location source
  • Expectfaster searches, fewer timeout errors, and more reliable Sabre car results.

  • The rental location map is collapsed by default behind a View map call to action.
  • A user can see a search result card without scrolling, even on the smallest mobile device
• [Up Next] Navigation controls experiment
  • Sort, filter, and edit-search controls are grouped into one prominent control bar.
  • Larger tap targets make the controls easier to use on mobile.
  • Edit-search becomes available in one tap from the results page
• [Ready] AAA Member Picks experiment
  • The module highlights three vehicles with strong AAA member savings in a visually distinct unit

What’s Next

Better one-way search handling

• One-way searches are currently producing a high number of errors.
• The issue is especially common for off-airport to off-airport city-location searches.
• Goal is to improve reliability for city-location rental flows and reduce search failures.

New search result cards

• A cleaner card with stronger visual hierarchy, larger vehicle imagery, and expandable rate detail will increase confident clicks into the booking flow.

Cruise

New Features

• Itinerary Dates on Post Booking Confirmation - “Itinerary Dates” is a new line item on the booking confirmation that displays the dates of the full trip window. It will encompass sailing dates + any pre/post travel such as hotels or flights. This update is for both agent and consumer

Bug Fixes

• Cabin Name Now Displays Correctly at Checkout & Booking Confirmation - Cabin names on checkout and booking confirmation now reflect the vendor’s exact naming, ensuring clarity and consistency for both agents and consumers.
