✨ Enhancements

Virtual interline itineraries are now excluded from search results

In rare cases, search results could include combined-airline itineraries that could not be issued together on a single ticket. These virtual interline results are now filtered out, helping ensure that agents only see flights that can be booked together successfully and reducing dead ends later in the booking flow.

Ticketing Date now included in Back Office XML

We’ve included a new field in the back office XML named ticket_issue_date. For arc reporting, please utilize this field going forward. The previous field bsp_arc_date reflected the booking date and not the actual ticketed date — this would potentially have caused discrepancies in reporting in a booking was held and ticketed betwee arc reporting periods.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Cleaner accounting for imported bookings

Refreshing an imported booking could create a duplicate financial entry for the same booking, which could lead to inaccurate reporting. Refreshes now reuse the existing financial entry, keeping booking accounting cleaner and more reliable.

Security has also been tightened on the import path to prevent unauthorized external requests from triggering booking imports.

More dependable booking validation

Before a booking is placed, the system now checks that the flights being booked still match the flights the agent saw in search. If the flight information is out of date, it is refreshed before the booking attempt continues.

This reduces rare cases where a booking could be attempted using stale flight information.

🚗 Car

✨ Enhancements & Experiments

New car experiments are now available in preview

Two car experiments are live in the preview environment on the new experimentation framework:

  • One-way car searches — Surfaces one-way rental results, including Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty options, so we can validate demand and result quality before a broader rollout.
  • ACG Sabre car results — Setting up experiment to enable SABRE car booking for ACG.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Fewer dropped Sabre car results

Certain Sabre car responses could fail to process, which could result in missing search results or errors during car pricing or cancellation. These response handling issues have been fixed, making car search, pricing, and cancellation more reliable across a wider range of Sabre responses.

Canadian members now go straight to member rates

CAA members should be able to continue directly to checkout for member pricing, while AAA members are asked to verify membership first. A recent change incorrectly showed the membership verification step to Canadian members as well.

This has been corrected: CAA members can now book member rates without the extra verification step, while AAA members continue to verify membership as expected.

Cruise

New Features

  • Cabin Select Page – The Deck Number dropdown now sits directly above the deck map, for a more intuitive layout. Selecting a deck from the dropdown updates the map directly below it

Enhancements

  • Getting Disney on Revelex ready for Production
  • Search Results Page- Map will now only open when “Open Map” button is clicked, not when results card is clicked.
  • Back button added to every page in the cruise flow to replace breadcrumbs on desktop and mobile

Guided Tour

New Features

-

Enhancements

-

Bug Fixes

  • MCV added new fields to indicate tour start/end dates correctly. Tour now uses these new fields for start/end dates.
  • TravCorp post-book sync uses the booking agent context to fix sync failures.
  • Tour Terms & Conditions link to terms and conditions configured by licensee.

Hotel

Enhancements

  • Pages load noticeably quicker. Text appears instantly instead of staying blank while fonts load, pages are delivered compressed, fonts and styles begin loading earlier, and images/fonts come from our faster content-delivery network. Nothing looks different — the pages simply feel snappier.

  • A consistent, club-branded layout across the hotel pages. The landing, search results, and hotel-detail pages now share one page width and a unified club banner and navigation header. Pop-ups stay centered, and the page no longer shifts sideways when one opens.

Bug Fixes

  • Sponsored listings are more accurate now.

  • The right product is now highlighted on Vacation Rentals. On the Vacation Rentals landing page, the navigation highlights Vacation Rentals (it previously showed Hotels), so guests always know which product they’re booking.

Platform

### Production

  • Password reset emails now reach agents reliably. Several clubs reported agents requesting a password reset and never getting the email. That’s fixed: agents can reset and get back into the app.
  • Resend confirmation now works the way agents expect. Resending after a change, such as added seat assignments, now sends a fresh email that reflects the update. A resend also goes to the address the agent enters, instead of defaulting to the agent’s own address.
  • Admins can manage user accounts again. Super Admins hit errors disabling or updating user profiles. That’s fixed.
  • Allianz agent codes save correctly. Updating an agent’s Allianz code reported success without saving. It now saves.

### Preview

#### Manual Booking V2 Manual Booking V2 stays in Preview for club validation. This release adds:

  • A full edit history on every manual booking. Each edit now saves a new version of the booking instead of overwriting the previous one. You can pull the back office XML for prior versions from the Backoffice Diagnostics page. That leaves a clear trail of what changed and when.
  • Manual bookings that failed to load or showed “Trip not Found” now open correctly.
  • Back office XML for every booking sheet type.
  • Manual bookings can now be found on the traveler’s consumer My Reservations page. A traveler can look one up using the same email and confirmation number as an online booking, instead of getting “no booking found.”
  • Cleaner Air and Rail booking sheets. The Air and Rail sheets now show only the fields you need and hide newer optional fields still in progress, so the form stays focused and nothing half finished blocks a save.
  • Clearer, more reliable confirmation emails. Emails now show the provider name instead of a raw code, and resending a manual booking confirmation works for every V2 product type.
  • Correct vendor codes for clubs with custom mappings. When a club overrides a TST vendor code, such as Northeast booking with AmaWaterways, the booking now sends the club’s override code to the back office instead of the default TST code
