✈️ Air

🚀 New Features

Exchange add-collect amounts now saved on the booking When a ticket is exchanged, the additional amount collected from the traveler (“add collect”) and any residual value are now pulled directly from Sabre’s ticket documents and stored on the booking. Previously this information lived only in Sabre and never made it onto our record, so clubs reviewing an exchanged booking saw a total that didn’t reconcile. Agents and back office can now see the true amount collected on an exchange without digging into Sabre.

Bug Fixes

Seated infants are no longer silently downgraded to lap infants An agent could book a seated infant — with a seat, priced as a ticketed passenger — and have the confirmation come back showing a lap infant at half the fare. This happened when the airline didn’t return a seated-infant fare for the itinerary. The system now falls back to an adult fare in that case, so the child keeps a real seat and is priced correctly. Before: seat silently disappears at confirmation. After: the booking matches what the agent quoted.

Payment dates no longer show the previous day Payments recorded at midnight were shifting backward a day when displayed in a different time zone, so a ticket issued on the 15th could show as the 14th. Payment times now default to midday, which keeps the date stable no matter where it’s being viewed. This affects what agents and clubs see on the booking record and in reporting.

Car

Bug Fixes

Sabre car bookings no longer confirm without a confirmation number Sabre occasionally returned a “Confirmed” status without the rental vendor’s confirmation number attached. We took that at face value, which produced a booking with no confirmation number and no financial record — meaning back office couldn’t invoice it and the money couldn’t be accounted for. We now require the vendor confirmation number before treating a booking as confirmed, and log a warning when it’s missing so these cases are visible instead of silent.

City searches no longer break with a technical error Searching for a car by city rather than airport could surface a raw technical error to the traveler when something went wrong on the server. Errors are now returned in the format the site expects, so travelers see a normal, readable message instead of a broken page.

Cruise

Bug Fixes

-Disney Cruise line now supports Suites

  • Previously we were unable to book Suites on Disney cruise Line - that is now fixed

Guided Tour

Bug Fixes

  • Cancelled TTC bookings no longer show as Failed — Zendesk #1388987, #1389310, #1388426
    • When a booking status was updated to cancelled, the Tour name row under the booking could show Failed instead of Cancelled. That display is corrected.
    • Production Go-live Target: August 11th, 2026
  • Tour confirmation contact used for consumer Tour bookings
    • Consumer Tour bookings now use Tour Confirmation Phone / Tour Confirmation Email, not contact-center details (that team does not manage Tour bookings).
    • Production Go-live Target: August 11th, 2026

Hotel

New Features

  • New hotel cards on desktop (A/B test)
    • Redesigned search-result cards with larger images, bigger titles, clearer AAA Diamond, and top amenities on the card. Launching with this deploy for all clubs; primary metric is hotel desktop CVR. Expected run: ~7–10 days.
    • New hotel search result cards on desktop showing larger images, AAA Diamond, top amenities, and clearer pricing
    • Production Go-live Target: August 11th, 2026
  • True multi-room booking — agent & consumer (Preview)
    • Agents and members can book multiple rooms on one trip: set occupancy per room, see multi-room rates and availability, and select multiple rooms of the same type into one cart/booking. Cancel supports full-booking cancel in v1 (not partial). Syncs and offline modify edits work; confirmation emails and post-booking views reflect multi-room under a single booking. Minor backward-compatible XML changes were shared by email — minimum 30 days in Preview before Production.
    • Production Go-live Target: TBD (Preview for club testing; ≥30 days from XML notice)

Platform

Bug Fixes

  • TST-7332 - Zendesk # 1367256
    • Booking Agency of Record no longer changes on modified Allianz policies

Manual Booking V2 on Preview

  • <product_type> is now available on on every <booking> in the Manual Booking V2 XML. (CORRECTION 2026-08-14): The field name is <manual_travel_type>, not <product_type>.
  • Group ID now requires an explicit choice on the Manual Booking V2 form. If Group ID is toggled to “yes” then the Group ID text input is required.
  • Fixed a bug where users could edit manual bookings even if they did not have permission to create them.
  • Every Manual Booking V2 product now has it’s own unique terms.
